Shipping & returns

Vendors

All products on this website are being sold by The R&A.  The products are being fulfilled by two separate vendors - ‘R&A Publications’ and ‘Rules Publications’.  It is clearly indicated on every product which vendor is handling that product.

R&A Shop

These products are fulfilled by The R&A, from our offices in St Andrews.  Items will be dispatched within 2-3 working days using 'First Class Signed for' postal service.

Rules Shop                     

All our free products (excluding Downloadable items) are handled by the ‘Rules Publications’ and are fulfilled by a fulfilment warehouse on behalf of The R&A.  These items will be dispatched within 1-2 working days using a First Class postal service.

Calculating Postage Charges

Postage charges are calculated based on the total weight of the products in your shopping basket (per vendor in the case of split orders) and your location.  The cost of postage will be clearly displayed in the checkout prior to you finalising your order.

Postage & Packaging Charges

Mixed orders

When a customer places an order which contains products from both Vendors, ‘R&A Publications’ and ‘Rules Publications’ two postage charges will be applied, one for each vendor.   

Downloadable items

A link to your chosen downloadable item/s will be sent to the supplied email address once you have completed your order.

Customer services and returns will be provided by R&A staff based in St Andrews.
